(Strengths, Talents and Virtues)- In this program, participants come away with a deeper understanding and ability to articulate what makes them unique and how their strengths and talents influence their contribution both personally and corporately. We believe that when you get clear on who you are, you can work better, serve with greater capacity, be more productive, and be happier. We use both Strength Finders and the VIA assessment for this program.

Diversity/Inclusion and Intercultural Development- Do you wish your organizations were more inclusive? Does your organization represent the communities you serve?It is no surprise that our workforce is becoming more diverse, it is a surprise that many of our workplaces don’t reflect the demographics around them. What do we do? How do we bridge the gap? This workshop seeks to address our understanding and actions as they relate to our understanding of differences and culture. Participants come away with a deeper understanding of what culture means to them individually and how this impacts how they might interact and engage with those who have different cultural backgrounds. We use the IDI- Intercultural Development Inventory as the base of our assessment.

Conflict Resolution- No one is immune from conflict. This workshop will help participants take an objective look at how their reactions to communication and conflict influence themselves and others in a unique and engaging way.

How do we navigate conflict with others who are different from us? Together we will review various communication and conflict styles through an intercultural model. Through experiential exercises and discussion participants will come away with tools for relating with both coworkers and those they serve outside of your organization. We use the intercultural conflict style inventory as the base of our assessment.

Why have we changed our focus from face to face to interactive and engaging online courses?

For years, we have consulted and offered “group” facilitation and training in personal and professional development. A few years ago, we began adding coaching to our offerings and that is where we witnessed our clients experience impactful transformation. Their knowledge of the subject matter deepened, but more importantly their awareness of themselves and the impact they have on others was better understood.

You see for the majority, this was the first time they had ever had an “outside” person coach them on the material they had just studied. This workshop is a fundamental workshop that creates a foundation to begin the deeper work of understanding “culture” and what it means to each person individually and how that informs our attitudes and behaviors. At the end of the four phases, your team will have an individual and group assessment that will help the organization strategically move forward in the transformational journey of understanding culture and the issues of how we engage with people who are “different” from us. In this workshop, we will address topics of ethnicity, race and culture.
We have modified one of our most popular facto face workshops and created an interactive and engaging e-course that can be completed at your convenience followed by a confidential individual coaching session to answer any questions you have, facilitate deeper understanding, create goals and establish accountability for your personal and professional development.
